Parish Bylaws

The bylaws of Holy Virgin Mary Russian Orthodox Cathedral set forth the governance, membership, and organizational structure of the parish. They were adopted at the parish assembly on January 30, 2022, ratified effective February 6, 2022, and approved by His Eminence Archbishop Benjamin of San Francisco and the West.
